PRODUCT: Silicone Rubber Products including silicone solid rubber, fiberglass reinforced solid rubber, silicone sponge rubber, silicone tapes, silicone foams, silicone coated fabrics, thermally and electrically conductive silicone products.
PRINCIPAL USES: Silicone rubber products are used for many industrial and electrical/electronic applications. Common applications are listed below.
FEATURES/BENEFITS: Silicone rubber products provide unique characteristics not available in other elastomers. These unique properties include excellent thermal stability, consistent electrical properties, resistance to compression set, chemical inertness, release ability, flame retardant and long service life. Silicone rubber products are thermally stable and are not adversely affected by prolonged exposure to high and low temperatures. Silicone has good chemical and fluid resistance. Silicone rubber is odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. It contains no acid producing chemicals and is non-corrosive and non-staining. Silicone rubber has excellent weatherablility because it is unaffected by sunlight, ozone and moist or dry conditions. Fillers are added to certain formulas to improve flame resistance or to make them thermally and electrically conductive. We can supply standard sheets, slit rolls or custom die cut parts to meet your exact requirements. Stocking programs are available. Email sales@right-tape.com for more information, application assistance or samples.
