Brian T. Suth is a partner with Nielsen, Zehe, & Antas, P.C. His areas of practice include large property subrogation, product liability, construction and general civil litigation.
Mr. Suth received his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1989. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1989, the Northern District of Illinois and the Northern District of Indiana in 2001 and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions. In 1986, Mr. Suth received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York.
Mr. Suth has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal court in multiple jurisdictions. His previous experience includes an extensive subrogation practice with Clausen Miller, P.C., concentrating in large property loss claims. In addition, as an Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney for over ten years, he conducted numerous pretrial motions, litigated over 300 bench trials and 47 jury trails.
Mr. Suth resides in a suburb of Chicago with his wife and son.
