John M. Dugan is a partner at Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, P.C. Mr. Dugan has extensive experience in the handling of all forms of wrongful death and substantial injury tort litigation. He has represented businesses, individuals, and municipalities in a variety of complex litigation, including personal injury, product liability, transportation, general liability, FELA, and commercial disputes. Many of the lawsuits involved multimillion-dollar claims that include catastrophic injury and/or wrongful death. He specializes in the defense of international manufacturers in product liability matters. He has never experienced a product he has not been able to comprehensively understand, which has served him well at trial.
Mr. Dugan has suffered a multimillion dollar adverse verdict, but has also enjoyed numerous complete victories in multimillion dollar injury and death cases. He has also demonstrated an ability to resolve cases before trial without settlement payment by his clients.
