Christopher L. Valleau is an associate with Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, P.C. who concentrates his practice in the areas of property and workers’ compensation subrogation. Mr. Valleau received his Bachelor of Business Administration cum laude from Ohio University in 1999.  Prior to and while attending law school Mr. Valleau worked as an information technology consultant specializing in relational database architecture, programming and analysis. 

Mr. Valleau received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from DePaul University College of Law in 2007.  At DePaul, Mr. Valleau on four separate occasions received the CALI Award for Excellence for achieving the highest grade in individual courses.  Following graduation, Mr. Valleau was selected by the faculty as a member of the Order of the Coif. 

During law school Mr. Valleau served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Allen S. Goldberg of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Commercial Law Division and the Honorable Ronald A. Guzman of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  Mr. Valleau also served as an Authorities Editor on the DePaul University Journal of Healthcare Law and authored an article published in the DePaul University Journal of Healthcare Law’s Spring 2007 edition. 

Mr. Valleau was admitted to the Illinois State Bar in 2007 and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
