Michael J. Griffin is an associate with Nielsen, Zehe, & Antas, P.C. His areas of practice include large property subrogation, product liability, construction litigation, and workers' compensation subrogation.
Mr. Griffin received his Juris Doctor from Chicago Kent College of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2002, the Northern District of Illinois in 2006, and the Central District of Illinois in 2011. Mr. Griffin has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Nielsen, Zehe & Antas, Mr. Griffin was associated with another Chicago law firm where his experience included extensive subrogation practice concentrating in large property loss claims. Additionally, after law school, Mr. Griffin served as an Assistant Cook County State's Attorney for four years in the Traffic Division and Narcotics Prosecutions Bureau where he successfully tried several cases to verdict.
Mr. Griffin resides in the southwest suburbs of Chicago with his wife and three sons.
